I'd also like to understand ballpark effects. I'm managing the Oakland team, and after several seasons I've learned to anticipate that when I acquire position players their slugging % will tend to drop, and pitchers will tend to improve. But I haven't seen anything in the game that provides ballpark dimensions or tendencies. Is the underlying ballpark information visible, or are we supposed to infer it from player results?
