I always build a dominate rotation first. I'm talking Strasburg and Kershaw and Moore, etc. Trade what you need to trade to get them.

I also try to have my bullpen full of potential starters. Starters have the highest trade value, so if you are loaded with starters then you can trade them off and build your lineup.

I would start by trading Greinke and change for Stras or Moore. Although you might have to give up Darvish and Greinke for either one of those guys.
