Not sure if there is a rule I don't know about, or if it's a bug...

I trade for a player who is required to be on the 40 man roster and is out of options, but is currently on the AAA roster of his current team.

I understand that after the trade I need to put him on my 40 man roster, but OOTP won't let me add him to my AAA roster. It requires me to add him to my active roster.

Does OOTP have that correct?
