I am not aware of there being a photo available. There is the 3-D baseball card in that jersey though. I checked last night and found several posted. I extracted the player and put against a stadium background but the results were mixed. If I could find an absolutely mint one scanned at the best resolution, I could probably do better. I did include it though in my next card update. I am at work now or else I would post.
