When I started my most recent season on OOTP 14, I decided to delete retired, almost certain future HOF managers Bobby Cox, Joe Torre, Lou Piniella and Tony LaRussa. The reason why I did this is because they are all retired and I kept noticing that they were getting hired ahead of other guys on OOTP. Also, some of these guys would get hired for a multi-year contract and retire after one season. Since I did this, I've seen more managers and coaches get a chance to be managers. Has anyone else done this?
