FM REDHAWKS SWOOP IN RU NORTH FLAG
There was no pennant race this year in the Ruthlandian North Division... Far Mountain ran away with it, defeating LaGrange by a monstrous margin of 15 games... the Sports had won the division flag five of the past six seasons...
1st: Far Mountain
PRO CUP OUTLOOK: this will be the Redhawks' 12th playoff appearance... first division title since 2025... Redhawks have quality pitching, but bats may not be strong enough to go far into the postseason... club has captured 3 Pro Cups (2011, 2012, 2013).
Top Pitchers: Dennis Sasek (20-3/2.81), All-Star Frankie Moreland (20-14/3.31), Karl Nordheim (20-12/3.56), Chad Cummings (17-16/3.54)

Comments: Starters didn't produce this year as in the past... hitters still a liability... Sports have won the pennant six times, but never a Pro Cup.

Comments: Worst hitting in the division... however pitching was good... Cats were expected to really contend this year... came in close second in 2036 and 2037... never has made the playoffs.

Comments: playoff drought for 36 seasons... no Pro Cups titles... played well until mid-season... faded in the second half... has the offense, but lacks the pitching... good defensively.

Comments: has made first division only once in 11 years and that was fourth place... won only Pro Cup in 2015... last pennant was in 2019... small ball park is made for homers... really tough on pitchers.

8th: Valmara
Comments: proud franchise with 13 postseason appearances and one Pro Cup in 2026, but has been down since winning the flag in 2031... pitching is poor, bats pretty fair.
