The problem still persists, that any Swedish team cannot add players onto a deal in a trade. They can't even reach the point where they can be selected.
Should be noted that Sweden doesn't apply the same kind of player-rights that the NHL does - but you should still be able to offer a player to a club, and if the player, along with the new club accepts it - then it's fine.

Not sure if this is a data issue - but I guess it is.
