Fight-Ins:
Boko Thompson 0-1-0 (0) vs Chris Dunn 1-1-0 (1) - Dunn was slightly more accurate, but Thompson's work rate out-showed it by sheer volume of punches. Neither man down, cut or bruised and neither taking control made for a tough fight to score as it went the distance with the judges scoring it 145-141, 144-142 and 142-144 for the winner by split decision Thompson.
Young John King 0-1-0 (0) vs Will Brummy Fuller 0-1-0 (0) - A tough to score back and forth affair that saw King start fast but Fuller came back strong to have the lead at the half way point. King started to find the range in the 8th and closed the gap some when Fuller suffered a cut on an accidental butt on his forehead in the 12th round. The cut burst open again in the 13th, shortening the bout and sending it to the cards. The judges had it 116-112, 116-112 and 113-115 for the winner by split decision, Fuller who's comeback attempt worked out in the long run.
Elijah Jackson 0-1-0 (0) vs Steve Hughes 1-1-0 (1) - Hughes holds a 13th round TKO win over Jackson. Hughes came in soft for this one And Jackson seemed to take advantag until the 9th round when Hughes, nearly out of gas, came out and landed a perfect uppercut to floor Jackson for the KO! Jackson was up 77-75 on two cards and behind 77-75 on the 3rd at the time of the stop.
