Considering it's called the "MLB All-in-One", it'd be odd if it didn't have real MLB teams.

It has the current logos and uniforms (both home and away) for all 30 MLB teams, but that's it. Nothing historical. If you want older jerseys, just look around the forum and OOTPMODS.com; you'll find pretty much everything you could want.
