2038 TYCOBBIAN UNION MIDSEASON STANDINGS AND TEAM STATISTICS
The tough North Hills Hawks are trying to improve on a string of four consecutive Tycobbian North Division titles... so far, so good... at the All-Star break the Hawks are in first place and three games up on the preseason pick Fairfax Frogs... last year North Hills finished strong and beat out the Frogs by three games... it appears to be another down-to-wire climax again... two other clubs White River and Mahaska are still in the chase.
In the TU South Division the Turon Typhoons are giving defending champ San Alejo fits again... last season the Montaneros managed to slip by them by one game, but this year the Typhoons are up at half way point by three games... the forecast is calling for another tense stretch drive between them... the Ginza Ninjas are seven games out and not likely to be a title contender... better pitching and defense may give Turon the edge this year... however San Alejo has the better offense.
