Actually, that is why I asked him if he did a system restore or an OS reinstall. If he did a system restore it would
not delete any files whatsoever. The operating system just would not know that the program was installed. If he looks in his OOTP5 folder there IS a receipt there with his order ID. Of course, if he did a reinstall and formatted his hard drive, then it isn't there, but I agree, it definitely sounds like he just did a system restore and seems to have listening issues.
