I'm new to the OOTP series but I enjoy playing it. One of the questions I have however is about managing your minor league players. How do you know when to move a player up from say single A to double A.....or double A to triple A? Also I've noticed that when I do move a player up his potential rating will go down. Does this mean he's not ready? Thanks for the help.
