The Mets should move. The Yankees have been there since 1903 vs 1962 for the Mets. The Yankees have also won more championships than any other team, and seem to be the most loved and most hated team in baseball. Keep it that way.

This one is a little tougher, but I would say to move the Cubs. They have been in existence since 1870, while the White Sox were founded in 1894 but have only been based in Chicago since 1900. Again, quite a long time, but the White Sox have only one more World Series title than the Cubs (3-2). This was a tough one.

I'll answer this by listing some locations. I'll also include where each city ranks in terms of metropolitan population of cities within North America according to Wikipedia.
1) Montreal Expos (ranks 21st)- bring them back. I do not think I need to say much here. But I suggest having them play in Labatt Stadium.
2) Mexico City Aztecs (ranks 1st) - Mexico City has one of the highest populations in the world and could be the most populous city in your universe depending on your sources. The elevation would make Coors Field seem tame in terms of home runs. The justification for the name Aztecs is in reference to the people who poulated the area around Mexico City prior to the arrival of Europeans and the suggested logo is one that was used by San Diego state from 1997-2001. An owner for the team could be Carlos Slim Helu, who seems to be in the top 3 for richest people in the world according to Forbes on a regular basis, and has even topped the list. His love for baseball is also illustrated in
this link. You could probably even name the stadium after another company he owns like Telmex.
3) Monterrey Sultans (ranks 20th) - It already has the Sultanes de Monterrey in the Mexican Baseball League, but an MLB team would be in direct competition. I suggest this name not because it is anglicizing the name of an already existing team, but because Monterrey is known as the Sultan of the North due to the business industry. The fact that there is already a team there with that name is a bonus.
4) Vancouver Grizzlies (ranks 34th) - Close to Seattle, but it would provide another team in the Pacific Northwest for people to support. If somebody could modify the logo below to have a baseball instead of a basketball in the paw of the bear, the logo would work well.
5) Portland Beavers (ranks 35th) - I tried to refrain from including another US city, but I believe it is the largest US metropolitan area that does not currently have an MLB team. This is not including Riverside-San Bernardino as it is often incorporated in Los Angeles and San Juan as, well, it is in Puerto Rico.
6) Santurce Crabbers (San Juan ranks 29th) - I question whether San Juan could support a team financially, which is why I have it at 6th on this list. But it is another area that MLB could potentially expand to. I have used Santurce instead of San Juan to fit the logo and uniform featured on the following
link. There also used to be a team named Cangrejeros de Santurce, translated to Santurce Crabbers.
There you go. You wanted four suggestions of teams, I gave six with logos and a few reasons for my choices. Aside from Montreal, I tried to stay away from the Northeast.
