Padre a little history for what I plan on doing in 2041. Since 2003 the EBL & the CBF have been growing and growing. The CBF is on the galaxies largest most populated planet and Earth has had a 25% drop in population since they found out they are not alone. Coruscant has taken most of that population. The EBL's #1 goal was top be better then MLB. In 2025 they finally achieved that. In 2041 they expanded to 32 teams. In 2038 MLB announced that they would be contracting teams to start the 2041 season and that all active MLB players would go into a Fantasy draft. Only state that did not suffer a drop in population was Texas. They would keep both the Rangers and a team in Houston (Astros moved to OKC in 2030) and that they would be given an additional team in San Antonio. New Orleans has become the jewel of the south and would be given a team which is a combo of the Rays & Marlins. No other city will have more then one team. It is up to the fans to decide what the team name should be. As far as the White Sox vs Cubs. Since I am a Sox fan and majority owner of the new team in combination with the Ricketts family (Cubs) and Malia Obama (Barack died in 2035) (Sox) I decided to get rid of both teams. The Fire based of of the old MLS team and the most historic event in Chicago history would be the new team. Wrigley field now named WGN Field (I own WGN) would be moved to Michigan Ave & Wacker drive right across from Tribune Tower in the heart of the city. Chad A. 7 yr manager of the Cubs would be named BC. Brian Mack 11 yr mgr of the Sox would become AGM. I will be Owner GM & MGR thru 2043. (I die in 2043 at age 67)
SS is slightly different for what I have planned for MLB but my ABF is the base. ABF is based off of the top 16 most populated cities as of 2010.

I also have a QS for the ABF for OOTP 13 and OOTP 11. It's on OOTP mods for 11.
