I like it for quick baseball fixes, but the full version has enough options for nearly any league you could imagine, and a dedicated site with great people who make mods for uniforms, logos, stadiums, player photos, international leagues, negro leagues...

If you want a great sim, you will likely be very happy with ootp. I am in the process of switching my 25 year league to it... Getting ready for a test run soon. If it does not work out for some reason - I can't imagine why, since almost everything can be tweaked until satisfied - you could still get a refund in 14 days.

Good luck and welcome!
Well, what I really want it for is to be able to be a "GM" of a current team, doing trades, signing extensions and seeing how my team can perform. I'm not interested in fictional or historical right now, just current, could the ipad version do what I'm looking for? Also I don't know if any of you play mlb the show, but can you do fantasy drafts like that and make a team from scratch but with real players on the pc or ios version?
