Don't feel like you have to trade him just because he is ready to come to the majors. Unless he is out of options, you can just keep him at AAA and let the AI badger you with trade requests.
If you are trading Story because you can get something for him that you want and need right now, then by all means trade him.
I would trade the unproven prospect (Story) before trading Rutledge and playing the prospect out of position.
