That is to say, I'm subbing in a pitcher and I want to know so I can matchup a lefty vs lefty or righty vs righty. If you subbed in a pinch hitter the previous inning, you can't go back out to check the lineup to see what someone is batting.
Actually you can see what the opposing teams batters Bat, all you have to do is click on their substitution screen at the top (On this posted picture it's where it it says "Cleveland Substitutions") and it will switch to it where you can see their whole lineup. Then switch back to your team and make your substitution I do this all the time and I play out all my games. Your solution is just one click away!
