I hate CEIs in general, especially to the under 30, simply because nearly any player would attempt a comeback, maybe 5 comebacks before they finally give up. So, I generally hit the editor unless the injury is something really worthy of a retirement. I try to give them some suitable ratings hits (my discretion, though). Course, with this one, I'd immediately get him "healthy" out of anti-AI spite.
