Endgame has let me know the [Problem with player asking for Minor League Contract with bonus] issue is fixed in the latest BETA patch. Just a little testing has not shown the issue.
My second issue, [problem with Dev Reports when "Overall rating based on all players, not positions" is checked], is still there with the BETA patch.
