Ok I am looking for a good challenge and want to try and play in a stats-only league and am not really sure how to run this and set it up.

I don't play real leagues at all so I am going to go fictional, 24 team, 2 league and 3 divisions league.

Here is what I am not 100% sure about. If I create the league, I need to have stats to go on and scouting and whatnot but I dont want to have super huge amount of years in the league before I start playing. So how do you guys do the set up?

Do you sim 25 years to weed out all the fictional guys and then pick a team and delete history or do you start with a fresh build and go from there? Sim 5 seasons and use that?

Any help would be awesome, I really want to try and do this because I want to play a more realistic style of ball.
