As for something in game, no that would require someone to have prepared 92-97 mlb roster sets maybe more based on GP or days passed as of now. Would you expect the minor leagues to be accurate too? That could be another 700-1000 or more depending on how many levels/leagues. Daunting task I'd say.

AFAIK an updated roster set needs a new game start for pretty obvious reasons.
