If you have already have started a game then you can replace the generic ones with whatever you choose... The new ones will need to be copied into your saved game file into their respective folder... Be sure the names are exactly the same as the generic ones... Then when you copy the new ones they will replace the generic ones...
C:\Users\your name\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 14\saved games\name of saved game\news\html\images\team logos
