Uncheck the Enable Voting option on the HOF Admin page.

I've had several players appear on the ballot for previous years when we were doing the voting on the message boards and I want them to be limited to being on only five total ballots. So if they were voted on three times already, I want them to only appear for two more times while we're using statslab. I know I can exclude or include players, but I was hoping to be able to modify the SQL table somehow manually.
Yes, it is possible. You need to populate the SQL table with the ballot for each season, then populated the SQL table with the votes cast. You need to have access to the SQL database to run the queries and be comfortable modifying them. If you want specific details on how to do this, please send me a PM.

Please be sure you're running the latest version of StatsLab. There were some fixes to the draft a few patches ago. I'm not sure, otherwise, why you'd be getting these errors, although the invalid email addresses would be related to sending out notifications about draft progress. Make sure your GM's have entered proper email addresses in their profile. If you're still having issues, I'm willing to look into it in more detail but unfortunately won't have much time to do that in the near term.
