So I finally broke down and bought OOTP14. Do the international complex players generate any sort of stats? If so, when do they start playing "games". IRL, the international leagues start up around the same time the rookie leagues do, but I haven't seen any of my players with any stats yet.
I play with potential only in my solo league so I'm wondering how I'll ever know when to move a guy up.

International players don't accumulate stats. The way I've gone about it is that I use the scouting reports. If the report says he's supposed to be a star, I'll move him up at 18, starting at rookie ball. If not, I generally wait until he's 20...starting him off at rookie or (more likely) Short Season A.
