I'm seeing similar behavior in two different on-line leagues I am in. Both were upgraded from v13. We have been on 14 since the end of the playoffs and are past the ammy draft in both leagues. There are plenty of entries in the dev report when looking at OSA but even setting it to all reports am seeing almost nothing (one or two players and very old info) when looking at my scout.
