Your league file is located in your My Documents folder. You'll see an Out Of The Park Developments folder. Your league, mods, etc., will be in that OOTP Developments folder. Just save the whole OOTP folder to a USB drive or an external hard drive and then, after you have installed and re-licensed your game on the other laptop, copy the OOTP folder from the USBdrive or external HDD to the My Documents folder on the laptop. It should ask you if you want to merge of copy over the existing folder; just click Yes. Everything should be as it was before on the old laptop.
