For <PICTURE width="533" height="311"> it should be 537 for the width. That may be what's giving you the error.

If you're using blue in the trialpha layer you need to change "trialpha_red=..." to blue.

Haven't used GIMP in a long time and never tried Paint.net so I'm not sure exactly how to get the position and dimensions in them, wish I could help you out more with those.

For the player pic you probably want y at about 35 or too much of the cap might be covered by the top of the card.
