I just had one of my pitchers toss a two-hit shutout with one walk in a historical game. Dean Chance of the 1962 Los Angeles Angels threw just 97 pitches and faced only 28 batters in the game thanks in part to a double play and a runner caught stealing.
This led me to wonder what is the fewest pitches you've seen thrown in a complete game in OOTP?
I doubt that anyone has seen anything like the
real life record, which is just 58 pitches by Red Barrett of the Boston Braves in 1944!
