Yes, iOOTP is a watered down OOTP but it's still great fun when your playing on your iPhone at a family party your stuck at

As far as Surface Pro, I've done a bit more research and confirmed it will work, the Pro has a full version of Windows 8 that runs just like a laptop (better, in fact, since 8 was sort of designed for touch screen).

My only concern is the screen size. The resolution is 1920 x 1080, same as my 17" laptop, but how's that going to look in a 10.6" screen? Will I be able to pinch to zoom into something if I do need a greater detail (although, realistically, that's the last thing I'd want to do...) That stylus pen it comes with nullifies my fear of some of the buttons being too small and fat fingering them.

If I get the Surface, I'd also be getting the cover/keyboard/touchpad so the option for a mouse is there. Like I said, my only concern is going blind trying to see it. I tried installing it on a Best Buy demo device but the security settings didn't allow it without an admin password. I'm sure "hey can I install some software" won't go over too well over there.

In case anyone is curious, there's two versions of the Surface: RT and Pro. The RT (it may just be called Surface, as opposed to Surface Pro) is designed much like an iPhone, only App Store apps can run on it. The Pro is literally a laptop in tablet form, Intel processor and all.
