I designed the Greenland Winter Ice Baseball League to have a BABIP over .400, and ludicrously poor fielding to approximate playing baseball on a frozen pond in -30 degree weather.
I like that the Sao Tome Baseball Conglomeration has a .914 league OPS, and one team has scored 1200 runs through the 168th game of a 240-game schedule. And that the Timberline League is all in high-altitude parks with home run rates comparable to the more extreme parks in the California League. My Mexican League is like the real Mexican League, where hitting .400 is not uncommon, where the real Julio Franco hit .437 there as a 42-year-old. And the Portland Municipal League has a .601 OPS so far and a 3.13 league ERA.

Do you have a quickstart, I would love to look at your league setup?
