It would be really nice if someone from the dev team could confirm what will happen with front office staff. I understand this is a beta, and we're working towards the final release, but the whole Head Coach thing is an ongoing conversation that moved from several months ago sounding like they will be available at some point in the beta (again just board members speculating) to now several months later with board members speculating that there will be no head coaches.
I hate to draw a line in the sand, especially with the game being in beta.... but if we cannot hire/fire/control the personnel of the team you're running, my interest will fade pretty quickly... as that is something I thoroughly enjoy from EHM, and on a more recent note OOTP releases... The ACT AS GM ONLY function is fantastic!
Again all I ask is that someone from the dev team at least post something to clear this issue up.
