I don't think there was much that was geared towards historical simming. But there may be a couple of overall fixes that could be deemed important enough to the individual gamer. For example, I seem to remember that there was a fix to where pinch-hitters in the #9 spot (hitting for the pitcher) would no longer hit very poorly, compared to pinch-hitters in other spots... And perhaps there was a fix to the issue of how the AI manager behaved with pitching changes, etc., when you simmed half innings as opposed to full innings (that might've been a fix in v13).
Not sure on these, but I'm sure a more-knowledgeable member will confirm/clarify.
