Two movie tickets, popcorn and drink = OOTP for me.
Many complain about the price of OOTP but how much does it really cost compared to what we spend on everyday stuff. Plus OOTP value last a lot longer than the above stuff. To each their own, just looking at it from a different perspective.

Comparing apples and oranges.
Maybe it's easy for you to give up two movie tickets and popcorn and a drink so you can buy OOTP.
When you tell your girlfriend/spouse that you're buying OOTP instead of taking her to a movie I'm sure she feels it's worth it too.
Certainly OOTP is worth the price they charge for it - so are a lot of other things in life too, but priorities tend to have more importance toward a purchasing decision then comparisons. At least for me they do.
