The scenario:

#1
I set my depth charts.
I click Auto-Generate lineups in the Lineup screen.

The CF gets input in the lineup 2X - No right fielder.

Pregame lineup screen.
Pitcher does not get insterted into the lineup. I get "incomplete lineup" error.

Insert pitcher, get "Player is already in the game" error. However, this time the lineup is complete when I click go to game.


These have only occurred since the 5.11 patch.
