Always take the player who is already well-developed and can contribute almost immediately. Everyone else has weaknesses or isn't fully developed.

I agree 100%
Unless he suffers some injuries that hurt his ability, that kid will be a stud and will probably be ready for the majors before his 24th birthday.
There's nothing wrong with asking for advice either
