because when you create a league with 100 teams in it, do you know how long it takes to go through every team and fire every scout and coach? i do. it takes a long time. there needs to be a fire all coaches from the league option somewhere in the league settings.
a couple things on how i wish the game handled coaches.
-first, i wish when you created a team, it did not automatically create a coaching staff for it. the new teams should have to deal with the talent pool already available.
-second, i wish when the game did create new coaches, that it created them with zero years of experience.
not to mention that if a coach is specifically holding a job as a hitting or pitching coach, that it would keep track of their teams relevant stats that he produced. a W/L record really isnt much use for hit/pitch coach, or a doctor for that matter (i dont know if the game tracks records for doctors though?)
