Has anybody noticed the pitchers commonly (not all the time) begins to have trouble once he gets into the pitch count of 60 ??? I always begin warming my relievers at the 60 pitch count. Doesnt matter if stamina of a pitcher is 20 its the same with all the pitchers at least for me. If anybody knows another trick let me know.
Can't say I've seen that in my league. I never start to worry until 90 pitches unless they guy is very low rated (10 or under on the 1-20 scale) for stamina. For thoes guys I will start watching at ~80 pitches. For guys that are 17+ I don't worry until they hit the 100 pitch mark as long as they started the game at 100%.

Could be something in your league settings.
