I am a commissioner attempting to set up an online league, but the GMs in my league are reporting trouble when they attempt to Export Team via FTP. They are receiving Error 201, the connection error. However, in my Online League Settings, my test for Team File Transfer Options is successful. Furthermore, when I attempt to both Export Team via FTP and Import Team via FTP under my own GM account, it is successful.

Does anyone have an idea as to why the GMs are encountering this problem, and if there is any action needed either on my part or theirs to remedy this?
