"We have entertained several lengthy discussions with Mr. Tyson, and both parties have agreed that it is not in the interest of the sport, nor Mr. Tyson, to have a singular cruiserweight titleist challenger.
Mr. Norris has been informed of this decision. Whilst we refuse to discuss private financial matters, an agreement has been settled with Mr. Norris to compensate him for his time.
