In 2 of them, the draft pool looks normal. In the 3rd one, well, see below

Every player is listed as 20/20. I went into commish mode so I could go to the player editor & they all have normal vital ratings (contact, power, etc), so what's going on here?

Things I've done so far:
- Deleted this third league & made a new one (same thing happened)
- Restarted the game (no effect)
- Made sure teams in this league have scouts (dunno why that would effect OSA, but figured I'd try)
- Went to League Options -> AI Options & clicked Apply Changes Now for AI Player Evaluation (dunno why this would effect just one of the three leagues, but again, figured I'd try)

Run a league wide OSA rescout and that will fix it. League Setup it is on the ride side or found under Functions.
