Is the number of starting pitchers still set at a max of 6 in OOTP 14? If so, I don't think that would work well with your setup since starting pitchers would eventually be starting on only 2 or 3 days rest for the weekend games.
Any way, carry 15 batters and 15 - 17 pitchers. That should keep you covered.

Yeh, think you'd have to set pitcher stamina to at least high AND carry a 6 man rotation to have a shot
Maybe set it to 30 roster spots if you want a round number, say 15 pitchers (including the 6 man roto) & batters?
