You'll still need your own local (personal) web server like
MAMP (or
WAMP for Windows) setup or a web host to run the scripts and database. I've used StatsLab on my local Window computer since version 9, though it's always needed a little bit of tweaking to get it to run right on windows. But it is possible to do.
