I did send an email out this morning and was told that this particular voice would only work with Text Aloud, and they offered me an exchange for a different AT&T voice. I, like you, am not impressed at all with any of those to be quite honest, but in the end, if this endeavor fails to achieve anything, then I will certainly take them up on the exchange offer, just so that $35 is not a complete waste.
