We would like our league to have free agents take the highest bid. We are already building financial incentives into the league to provide incentives for winning as opposed to tanking, so we don't want to compound this by having free agents be more likely to play for a winner.

Would turning off the personality system achieve this?

Or do we need to manually set every player's desire for winner to 1 on the 1-200 scale? Would there be any unintended consequences to doing this?
