I was just dealing with this the other day, I don't want to handle the day to day stuff that a manager does but want to see certain guys in the rotation, so I either have to take control and keep control or I put them there and the manager changes it back the next day.
I would love to see the option to make the manager start a guy at a certain position or keep a guy in the rotation, happens in real life, why not in the game
