For example, in Yerevan the original rain values were 9,8,9,11,11,7,3,3,3,8,7,7 but I believe Yerevan is supposed to be a pretty dry place so using the amount in inches and rounding I came out with the values 1,1,1,1,2,1,0,0,0,1,1,1.

Just so everyone knows, I didn't change any of the US or Canadian city values and for the foreign cities it was only less than a dozen of them that I changed (I shouldn't have said a bunch earlier, my mistake) and only the ones that I thought differed like Yerevan. If necessary I can just as easily add my entries to the original list and post that file. Just let me know which way you guys would like it.
All the cities were based on the number of rain days per month, then that number was divided. I cannot recall what I divided it by. It was a simple whole number. The division was made to reflect that it could rain in a city (thus be counted as a rain day) but not actually rain during the game time.

The spreadsheet was put together a couple months after my youngest daughter was born. There may be errors in it! I blame sleep deprivation.
