I'm not 100% familiar with re-importing but I believe it automatically reassigns the weather values for you, might want to check with someone else on that though.
I can attach the weather.txt file if you'd like but I should mention that I changed a bunch of the rain values for the default entries also.

ok, so the weather.txt isnt in the saved game file, you edit the games weather and re-import?
