My opinion (cause you know you want to hear it) is that this probably isnt 100% accurate. I'm sure there's some validity to it, but I'd bet that, overall, people are simply more fragile than others and it manifests itself in more frequent injuries.
Im certain some people have stronger bones... muscles... tendons... everything... than other people, are are less apt to suffer injury than someone else.
The other factor thats missing is recovery time. That certainly varies person to person.
