OK, 5.1.2 released with a few bug fixes:

Fixed the issue where player pictures are not showing up
Fixed an issue with the Rookie ballot for the Awards utility
Fixed an issue with the Last Sim Records. Note that you may want to clear out team AVG, OBP and OPS if those records were corrupted with too-high values (the file is OOTPOU/lastSim/records<leagueId>.txt)

You'll need to Regenerate the UI Files from the Admin tab for the player pictures to show up in the Gamecast viewer.

OOTP 14 version coming very soon... just stop finding bugs
