I had a feeling it was something like that, I had tried giving the entire folder read/write capabilities, and it didn't work. I'm new to this Windows 8 thing.

Now it's giving me "Invalid Database Version" I'm sure it's something with my PC again,

Just did a quick re-install, everything seems good now
